Students must be confident of their course of study before applying to any universities. If you want Abroad Institute to help with your application then, there are certain documents that should be provided to us via our website, and our staff can propose institutions based on your course of study.
It's usually a good idea to apply to many universities so that the one offering the most financial aid may be selected.
Students are also strongly encouraged to do research on the colleges we suggest, so they may learn more about the tuition costs and application fees. To be qualified, one must pass an English proficiency test; options include the TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE.
For undergraduate scholarships, the SAT or ACT can be taken, and for graduate scholarships, the GRE or GMAT.
Your test score is intended to be sent to the institutions to which you wish to apply; you are permitted to transmit your score to up to four colleges for free. Following that, you are charged in accordance with the results of the exam. TOEFL fees are $20 per university, SAT fees are $12, ACT fees are $16 each school, and so on.
Some institutions may need an essay or a statement of purpose (SOP), as well as a letter of recommendation. So, if you apply via us, we will offer you with complete help and guidance at no cost.
Because university application fees differ from one another, you will only be charged for the application fees, and any additional assistance you receive from Abroad Institute will be free of charge.
1. Passport: The passport is the most vital document, therefore if you don't have one, you should go to the passport officer. It might take a few days or weeks depending on where you are.
2. Transcript: A transcript is a single institutional document supplied by your school/college from which you graduated. They contain the scorecards of the pupils in concern. They must be current before applying to US institutions. For example, an undergraduate degree requires a transcript from high school and grade 10, but a graduate degree requires a transcript from the whole semester or year.
3. Letter of recommendation: For appropriate student acknowledgment, several institutions require recommendation letters from the student's former educational institution. The letter must be private and have the stamp of a certain institution. Normally, at least two recommendation letters are required.
4. Proficiency test: TOEFL/IELTS/SAT/ACT/GRE/GMAT test scores should be supplied officially from exam takers otherwise they may not be authorized by colleges.
5. Statement of Purpose: They are not required, but having a solid SOP is beneficial. Some institutions demand SOP, while others do not, but it is usually suggested that you have one.
6. Financial Document: Some colleges request your sponsors' financial records so they may learn a little bit more about your financial situation. A document from the bank stating your funds is required for this. Your bank will issue this statement, and copies must also be authenticated by that bank.
NOTE: No Objection Certificate (NOC) is also a required document which is issued from Ministry of Education which is located at Keshar Mahal, Durbar Marg (near Garden of Dreams) Kathmandu, Nepal. But it is issued once your visa is issued and you are required when you arrived to United States.
